Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. When DoseAnchor launches, the free plan will never expire. You get all 20 free features at no cost, with no time limit.
Do caregivers need to pay?
No. Caregivers always join for free. Only the primary account (the person managing the patient's medicines) needs Premium to unlock caregiver alerts and multiple patient profiles.
Can I manage multiple family members on the free plan?
The free plan supports 1 patient profile. If you manage medicines for multiple people — for example, both a parent and a spouse — Premium lets you manage multiple patient profiles in one account.
What happens to my data if I cancel Premium?
Your data is always yours. If you downgrade, you keep everything — you'll just be limited to 1 patient and 5 medicines going forward. Nothing is deleted.
Can I export my dose history on the free plan?
The shareable Health Summary is available on the free plan. CSV dose history export (for spreadsheets and doctor visits) requires Premium.
Is billing handled inside the app?
Yes — Premium is managed entirely in-app through Google Play or the App Store. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellations are handled by your app store.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
Yes — you can switch billing periods at your next renewal through your app store subscription settings. The yearly plan saves ~35% compared to monthly.
